AutoPoster Help and onboarding guide

AutoPoster helps a business stop starting every day from a blank page. This guide explains what to prepare, where to click, and how to use the AI Assistant when you do not yet have marketing text ready.

Short AutoPoster overview

Watch the video in the selected language: how AutoPoster works, why the AI Assistant matters, and how LC6 supports the daily content process.

What AutoPoster does

Every business owner knows the daily pressure: be visible, think of what to post, write captions, prepare photo and video ideas, choose hashtags, create a CTA, remember Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and still run the actual business.

AutoPoster is built to remove that daily content fatigue. It is not just a post scheduler. It turns your business profile, offer, audience, promotion plan, brief and settings into a daily content process: text, photo, video, CTA, hashtags, schedule and publishing to connected platforms when the server state allows it.

Six posts per day are not frequency for the sake of frequency. They are a system of daily touchpoints. In the morning your business attracts attention. During the day it explains value, opens the problem and shows meaning. In the evening it strengthens trust and leads people to a clear action: write, book, order, reserve, open a catalog or ask a question.

AutoPoster helps your brand look active, consistent and professionally presented. It does not control social media algorithms and it does not replace the quality of your product, but it gives the business what many teams are missing: structure, regularity, visual presence, clear offer delivery, repeated audience contact and a process from idea to publication.

Your launch route

Start with Business Profile. This is the brain of the system. Tell AutoPoster who you are, what you sell, who you help, why customers choose you and what style fits your brand. If you write only “we sell products for everyone”, the content will be flat. If you write “we are a local bakery for families who care about natural ingredients; our tone is warm, honest and cozy”, the system can create more precise and alive content.

Then open Promotion Plan. This is the direction of the current campaign: a service, product line, seasonal offer, booking, consultation, catalog, trial lesson, event or partnership presentation. It keeps AutoPoster from shooting in every direction and gives the content one commercial focus.

Next, fill Content Request / Brief. This is the practical assignment for the nearest content period: what matters now, what customer pain to address, what product to show, what photo or video mood is needed, and what action the audience should take.

After that, review Settings. This is the voice of the brand: tone, headline style, hashtags, visual style, platforms, intensity and restrictions.

Connect Accounts for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. They are the bridge between AutoPoster and your social pages. Until accounts are connected, the system can help prepare content, but publishing cannot happen.

Use Dashboard as your control screen. It shows what is ready and what still needs attention. Use Schedule to see the daily rhythm of 6 slots, content readiness and possible errors.

If you do not know what to write, do not stop. Open the AI Assistant, answer its questions, ask it to prepare the needed block, copy the result, return to AutoPoster, paste it into the correct page and click Save.

You are not alone with setup

You do not need to be a marketer to start. If you do not know how to describe your business, audience, offer, brief, CTA, visual style or LC6 ideas, use the AI Assistant as a setup partner.

The assistant can ask simple questions, help describe your business, clarify your audience and their pains, formulate the offer, prepare Business Profile, Promotion Plan, Brief, Settings, LC6 ideas, photo and video prompt directions, CTA and hashtags.

The process is manual and safe: 1. Open the AI Assistant. 2. Tell it what your business does. 3. Answer its questions. 4. Ask it to prepare one block for AutoPoster. 5. Copy the finished text. 6. Return to AutoPoster. 7. Paste the text into the needed page. 8. Click Save.

AutoPoster does not automatically send form data to ChatGPT and does not automatically import ChatGPT results. ChatGPT/GPT usage is separate from the AutoPoster subscription.

Complete practical setup guide

This guide connects the whole setup into one clear business route. AutoPoster works best when it understands more than a company name. It needs the real context: who the customer is, what you sell now, why the offer matters, what doubts the audience has, what proof you can show, what tone fits the brand and what promises must be avoided.

Business Profile is not an advertisement and not a slogan. It is the base for all future content. Describe your niche, products or services, priority offer, ideal customer, customer pain or desire, geography, brand style, visual limits, sensitive topics, trust proof and the main commercial message. If you do not know how to write it, open the AI Assistant and ask it to interview you and prepare a Business Profile for AutoPoster. Then copy the result manually into AutoPoster and save it.

Promotion Plan is the current focus, not the whole business. Today it can be a consultation, tomorrow a seasonal offer, later a new product, booking period, trial lesson or partner presentation. The plan helps AutoPoster avoid random posts and guide the audience through attention, value, objection, proof, recognition and action. Define the goal, offer, audience, timing, main themes, CTA, proof and what should not be shown.

Brief / Content Request is the task for the next generation period. It explains what should be communicated now: which service to promote, which customer pain to answer, which product to show, what emotion to create, what photo and video direction is needed, which words or promises to avoid and which content languages are relevant. It does not replace Business Profile or Promotion Plan; it turns them into a practical instruction for the next days.

Settings are the voice and behavior of the brand. Choose whether the business should sound expert, friendly, premium, calm, energetic, soft or direct. Headlines, hashtags, visual style, platform behavior, intensity, Business Context and restrictions belong here. For health, finance, legal, beauty, supplements, crypto or sensitive promises, restrictions must be especially clear.

LC6 explains why the system works with six daily posts. It is not more content for the sake of more content. It is a daily story: Paradox catches attention, Insight gives a useful idea, Conflict shows pain or a barrier, Proof builds trust, Identification helps the person recognize themselves, and Conversion offers the next step. The business does not simply post; it leads people from first attention to a clear action.

Multilingual content is an advantage only when it stays disciplined. UI language is the language of the panel. Content language is the language of publications. Multi-language mode should not create 12 chaotic strategies. Keep one strong brand line and localize it for each audience: adapt text, CTA and hashtags while preserving campaign meaning, visual direction and safe restrictions.

Before launch, check that Business Profile is filled, Promotion Plan exists, Brief is ready, Settings match the brand, at least one account is connected, Dashboard has no blocking warning, Schedule contains slots, content language is correct, CTA is clear and restrictions are safe. After that, you no longer start every morning with a blank page. You have a configured content process.

Business Profile

Business Profile is the business DNA. It tells AutoPoster who you are, what you sell, who you serve, where you work, what makes you different, what emotions your brand should create and what must not be promised or shown.

Fill it with concrete information: business type, products or services, priority offer, target audience, geography, brand tone, visual restrictions, sensitive topics, proof points and the main commercial message.

Good profile: “We are a premium fitness studio for women 35+ in Kyiv. Clients want weight loss without extreme diets. Tone: supportive, expert, calm. Visual style: clean, warm, real people, no unrealistic before/after promises.”

Weak profile: “fitness, need clients.” This gives the system too little meaning.

Next step: open Business Profile, fill the fields, use AI Assistant if needed, paste the prepared text and save. After saving, return to Dashboard and follow the real server status.

Promotion Plan

Promotion Plan is the current campaign direction. If Business Profile says “who we are”, Promotion Plan says “what we are promoting now and why”.

Use it to define the current focus: a product, service, offer, season, event, booking period, consultation, catalog, trial lesson or local promotion. Add the goal, audience, objection, proof, CTA and content focus.

This keeps the content focused. Instead of random posts about everything, AutoPoster can build a clear line: introduce the offer, explain value, answer doubts, show proof and invite the person to the next action.

Next step: open Promotion Plan after Business Profile. If you are unsure, ask the AI Assistant: “Help me prepare a Promotion Plan. My business is ___. Right now I want to promote ___. Ask questions and create goal, offer, audience, themes, CTA and what to publish during the week or month.”

Brief / Content Request

Brief is the practical assignment for the nearest content period. It is not the whole business. It is the message you want the audience to receive now.

Use it for goals like: promote a specific service for the next 7 days, warm up the audience, explain a product, get more consultation requests, show trust, prepare a seasonal offer or focus on one customer problem.

Include the topic, goal, audience pain, product or service, desired emotion, CTA, visual direction, what to show in photos, what to show in videos, words to avoid, promises to avoid, content languages and local details.

Next step: open Content Request / Brief. If the field feels hard, ask the AI Assistant: “Prepare a Brief for AutoPoster. My business is ___. For the next days I want to promote ___. Ask questions and prepare ready text for posts, headlines, CTA, hashtags, photos and videos.”

Settings / brand behavior

Settings shape how the brand sounds and looks. They do not replace Business Profile, Promotion Plan or Brief; they color the content inside that strategy.

Review tone, headline psychology, CTA style, hashtag behavior, visual style, platforms, intensity and restrictions. A clinic, a cafe, a hotel, an online store and a coach should not sound identical.

Choose a tone that feels real for the business: expert, friendly, calm, premium, emotional, energetic, supportive or direct. Keep restrictions clear, especially for health, finance, legal, beauty, supplements, crypto or any sensitive promise.

Next step: open Settings after the main setup blocks. If you are unsure, ask the AI Assistant to recommend tone, hashtags, visual style and platform behavior based on your Business Profile and Promotion Plan.

LC6: why 6 posts work as a story

Attention is rarely built with one touch. One post can catch the eye, the second can explain meaning, the third can show the problem, the fourth can build trust, the fifth can help a person recognize themselves, and the sixth can offer a clear next step.

LC6 organizes the day: 1. Paradox — attention and curiosity. 2. Insight — a useful thought. 3. Conflict — doubt, pain or customer barrier. 4. Proof — trust, process, result or fact. 5. Identification — “this is about me”. 6. Conversion — write, book, buy, reserve, open, ask.

Morning attracts attention. Day gives meaning, opens the problem and involves the audience. Evening strengthens trust and leads to action.

This is not spam. It is a daily story of the business: from first attention to a clear next step.

UI language and content language

UI language is the language of the AutoPoster panel. Content language is the language of your publications. They are different things.

You can manage AutoPoster in one language and prepare content for different markets when your plan and server settings support it. Multi-language mode should not create 12 chaotic strategies. It should keep one strong brand line and localize it for each audience language.

Localize captions, CTA and hashtags. Keep the campaign meaning, brand promise, visual direction and restrictions consistent.

Next step: choose content languages only where the server-backed product flow allows it. If you need help, ask the AI Assistant to adapt one campaign into selected languages while keeping the same LC6 logic.

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Accounts connect AutoPoster to the places where your audience already spends time.

Instagram is strong for visual trust, products, services, lifestyle, beauty, fitness, restaurants, hotels and local brands.

Facebook is useful for local audiences, business pages, trust, services, communities and more detailed explanations.

TikTok is built around short video, hooks, education, fast attention and new audience discovery.

Next step: open Accounts, choose Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, click Connect, pass platform authorization, return to AutoPoster and check the status. If the status says reconnect or expired, reconnect the account. Never send tokens, cookies or secret platform data in support messages.

Dashboard, Schedule and Job Details

Dashboard is your control screen. It shows whether the setup is ready or what still blocks the next step.

Schedule is the daily rhythm of publication: 6 slots, statuses, media readiness and possible errors. The expected structure is 3 photo posts and 3 video posts across the day.

Job Details is where you review a specific slot: caption, headline, CTA, hashtags, image or video preview, media status, translations where available, publish result and human-readable error reason.

Next step: after saving the setup blocks, open Dashboard first. Then open Schedule and review slots. If something failed, open Job Details before retrying or reconnecting accounts.

Plans, billing and realistic expectations

Billing shows the current plan and subscription state. Depending on the server-backed product contract, the plan can affect content languages, media quality, usage limits or access to advanced features.

Use the Billing page as the source of current plan state. Do not guess access from screenshots or old descriptions.

AutoPoster does not manage social network algorithms and does not replace product quality, service quality or brand reputation. Its value is a stable process: regular presence, clearer offer delivery, visual consistency, audience touchpoints and a practical route from idea to publication.

Troubleshooting

I do not know what to write. Open AI Assistant and ask it to prepare Business Profile, Promotion Plan, Brief or Settings.

Posts feel generic. Add audience, offer, pain, geography, proof, CTA, visual style and restrictions to the setup blocks.

Account did not connect. Check that you used the correct platform account, accepted permissions and have the required Page or business rights if the platform requires them.

Schedule is empty. Return to Dashboard and complete the blocking step shown by the server state.

Media is not ready. Open Job Details and check the current media status.

Publishing failed. Read the plain reason in Job Details, reconnect the account if needed and retry only when the product flow allows retry.

Final checklist

Before launch, check that Business Profile is filled, Promotion Plan exists, Brief is ready, Settings match the brand, at least one account is connected, Dashboard has no blocking warning, Schedule contains slots, content language is correct, CTA is clear and restrictions are safe.

After that, the system is ready to work with your scenario. You no longer start each day from a blank page: you have a configured content process.

Video tutorials

Video tutorials can appear here when links are added. Empty YouTube links mean the tutorial has not been published yet.

Tutorial placeholders do not change platform approval, account connection rules or available product features.

Analytics for published content

Use the available analytics view to review published content and the metrics returned by connected social networks. Metric availability and refresh timing depend on the network and account; analytics describe observed activity and do not guarantee sales, customers, income or audience growth.

Practical AutoPoster guides

Start with accurate business context, prepare a focused brief and keep human review before scheduling. AutoPoster organizes the work; your business keeps the publishing decision.
