AutoPoster BodyFuture is a software service that helps users plan, generate, prepare, and manage social media content. The Service may support content planning, AI-assisted text generation, media generation, scheduling support, account connection workflows, and operational dashboards.

AutoPoster BodyFuture does not guarantee publication, approval by any social platform, audience reach, engagement, sales, revenue, or business results.

You are responsible for keeping your AutoPoster BodyFuture account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information where the Service requires it and must not use another person's account or social profile without authorization.

If you connect a social account, you confirm that you have the right to manage that account and to authorize AutoPoster BodyFuture to interact with it for the features you choose to use.

The Service may allow you to connect TikTok or another supported social account. These integrations are used to prepare, manage, and, where available, publish or assist with publishing content through the connected platform.

You can disconnect accounts where the Service provides disconnect or account management functionality. Disconnecting an account may limit or stop related features.

AutoPoster BodyFuture is not owned by TikTok or any other third-party platform provider. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to the terms, developer policies, content rules, community guidelines, and technical requirements of those platforms.

AutoPoster BodyFuture may use artificial intelligence systems to assist with creating captions, headlines, content ideas, prompts, images, videos, translations, or other content assets.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for a particular audience, or unsuitable for a specific platform. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using generated content before publishing or relying on it.

You remain responsible for the final content that you publish, schedule, approve, upload, or distribute through any connected account.

The Service may use internal tools and third-party media providers to generate or process images, videos, audio, and related media assets. Provider availability, processing time, output quality, and supported formats may vary.

Generated media must be reviewed by you before use. You must not use generated media in a way that violates law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

Some features may require an active subscription, paid plan, usage allowance, or other commercial arrangement. Plan limits, availability, and included features may differ by subscription level.

Paid features may be limited, suspended, or unavailable if payment fails, a subscription expires, usage limits are reached, or a provider becomes unavailable. AutoPoster BodyFuture may update plan features or usage policies over time where permitted by applicable law.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights and safety of others. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse automation, overload the Service, or use the Service to mislead, harass, exploit, or harm others.

You must comply with all rules that apply to the platforms you connect, including TikTok or any other supported platform.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, schedule, or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, infringing, malicious, spam, or otherwise prohibited by applicable platform rules.

You must not use the Service to impersonate others, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, expose private information without permission, or promote products or services in a way that violates law or platform policy.

Connected platforms may review, reject, delay, remove, restrict, or otherwise act on content or accounts according to their own policies. AutoPoster BodyFuture is not responsible for platform decisions, account restrictions, API outages, review delays, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AutoPoster BodyFuture and your connected accounts complies with TikTok or another supported social platform's requirements.

The Service may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Some functionality may depend on third-party APIs, provider systems, connected account permissions, subscription status, or technical availability.

AutoPoster BodyFuture may perform maintenance, apply security fixes, update provider integrations, or modify workflows to protect the Service and its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPoster BodyFuture is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AutoPoster BodyFuture is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost content, account restrictions, or platform enforcement actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. AutoPoster BodyFuture may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to maintain required payment, or use connected platforms in a prohibited way.

After termination or disconnection, some historical records may remain where needed for security, billing, legal compliance, audit, or operational integrity.
